Our approach to life and faith. Our Approach The Obedience of Faith We proclaim Jesus and live by faith in every aspect of our lives. We live to manifest God's Kingdom and glory to all people. Statement of Faith I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God for salvation (deliverance, healing, and sustenance) to everyone who believes; first to the Jew, and then to the Gentile. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith: as it is written: The righteous shall live by faith. - Romans 1:16-17 We believe that Jesus paid the price and is sufficient for everything we need, both temporally and eternally. We set our hearts to trust Him, relying on the power of God rather than in the wisdom of man for all that we need. Form of Worship Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God, for this is your true and proper worship. - Romans 12:1 "If you love me, keep my commands." - John 14:15 "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me." - Luke 9:23 We believe that worship is a way of life. We take Jesus at His word and devote ourselves to living out His commands. We are willing to embrace sacrifice when needed as an essential element of following after Him. Financial Strategy Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. - Mathew 6:33 We aim to align ourselves with God’s will in full expectation and trust that He will provide all that is needed for His purposes. We are fully dependent on God moving for our provision, whether in the hearts of His people to contribute to our work or through supernatural means. We do not make solicitations for finances or our needs, we do not charge money for ministry, and refuse to turn God’s house into a marketplace. Financial Strategy Marketing Strategy Those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted. - Matthew 23:12 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you. – 1 Peter 5:6 We trust God to promote and raise us up in His timing. We do not promote ourselves, advertise, or use marketing strategies of this world. Political Views My Kingdom is not of this world. If My Kingdom were of this world, My servants would be fighting... But My Kingdom is not of this world. - John 18:36 We are set apart from this world and our focus is on eternity. We do not entangle ourselves in civilian affairs or politics. We submit ourselves to the governing authorities because they are appointed by God. We know that Jesus is King and is coming to judge all nations. HR Policy Love one another as I have loved you. - John 15:12 We aim to love the way Jesus demonstrated by speaking the truth in love and laying down our lives for one another. Health Plan Jesus said, “I am willing. Be healed.” - Luke 5:13 We believe Jesus finished healing on the cross and therefore, we trust God and seek Him first for the health of our bodies, minds, and souls.

Serve with Us Even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many... -Matthew 20:28 We welcome you to be an active participant in what God is doing by serving alongside our Crew Members on our various Crews. God values all kinds of service! Why Crew? In the Apostle Paul's letter to the Corinthians, the word used for “minister” means “under-rower.” This refers to servants who sat below the decks of ships to pull the oars and row in time with one another at their captain’s commands. At the HUB we are one Crew and together we follow the commands of our King, Jesus. Each individual Crew has unique responsibilities that are vital to life at the HUB. As such, many different types of skills and service are highly valued. We rely on one another as we seek to establish a dwelling place for God and a refuge for His people.
