Pre-Contract Manuscript Review Before we engage in a publishing contract together, y ou submit your manuscript to us electronically in Microsoft Word format in a condition that is as "publication-ready" as you are able to make it. We care about content. We are selective and aim to publish materials that are aligned with our core values in the faith. We also desire for our authors to have a fresh voice of revelation from the Lord, not an echo of existing teachings and doctrines of man. We do not feel the need to agree on every doctrinal point but look for the heart of God in the message and author. We review your manuscript for content BEFORE entering into a publishing agreement with you. At the same time, we conduct an editorial review to assess your manuscript's readiness for the production process. We may respond to you with questions or suggestions to assess our compatibility. We prayerfully determine if it is God's will for us to move forward together. Agreement & Engagement Fee We require a one-time, non-refundable, $1,500 USD engagement fee to cover the expenses of producing your book, including basic editing and proofreading. Should your manuscript require additional services such as developmental editing before it is production-ready, we will quote you a price for these additional services. We also recommend adding Copyright Service to protect your book from plagiarism. Editing & Message Expression Next, you work with our editors to polish your document for typos, grammar issues, communication points, etc. We may also suggest some rearranging of content for improved delivery of God's message in your book. Our primary focus is on clearly and accurately presenting what the Lord is communicating through your book. Cover Design & Interior Formatting You work with one of our graphic designers to create a book cover design that will draw people to your book. Your book will be assigned International Standard Book Number (ISBN) in each format and will be priced to sell. You also work with our team to select the appropriate interior formatting, fonts, and design for your book, including formatting any charts, tables, or images in the body of your title. Once you have approved the final interior and cover files, we submit the documents to the printers for book production. We proof the files on your behalf for print-readiness. Distribution & Author Copies Your paperback book will be listed on Amazon.com and Amazon’s international partner sites. Your e-Book will be available on Amazon Kindle. Your book will be listed in Ingram's catalog which is used by major bookstores all over the world. Your book will be listed in our Bookstore . If there is high and wide enough demand for your title, it may be selected for larger distribution channels, including major bookstores. Even so, most of the books you sell will be to people who know you or have been impacted through your personal ministry. You may order unlimited author copies of your titles from us at lower than wholesale prices. Then, you can sell, give away, or market your book however the Lord leads you. Pay Day You will receive royalties from us on a quarterly basis on the 15th day of January, April, July, and October. You receive a quarterly report detailing your royalty income from print and e-book editions through our various distributors. You receive 80% of the net revenues we receive for your title. Dave and Margie McCrum, who had previously been missionaries in Haiti, received a vision from God for an end-times refuge for God's people. God provided this property for them and by faith, they built it from a bare mountainside to four beautiful buildings, fantastic mountain roads, and other amenities we have today for the benefit of God's people. Much of what you see here has been built with their own hands. We are truly so grateful to Dave and Margie for their labor of love in the Lord in this place. We honor them, bless them, and remember them in our prayers as we press on into the new season God has in store for this glorious land. While you are visiting us, it is our desire for you to hear from God, experience His presence, and enjoy fellowship with the Lord and His people. Spiritual Training The HUB is is an equipping center for everyone to grow in our knowledge and service to God. This means that all of us are in training… including you! Each of our scheduled training sessions is focused on various aspects of growing in revelation and experiential knowledge of God, His Word, and His ways. As a vital part of hands-on training, we encourage our Guests & Visitors to participate as the Lord leads and as is appropriate in each session. This said, p lease be submissive to the appointed leaders for each session.* We seek to maintain the flow of the Holy Spirit according to God’s order for our times together. Overnight Accommodations & Fellowship Meals We offer simple and comfortable overnight accommodations at the HUB and provide healthy, grab-and-go or family-style meals free of charge every day.* Overnight Guests MUST apply in advance and may apply to stay at the HUB for up to one week. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be placed in a room with a few others of your same biological gender. Each room sleeps 2-4 people. Meals are provided in our dining areas according to schedule so that everyone can attend our trainings and services. Please be sure to come to the HUB with the right mindset . Overnight Guest Application *Please understand that we cannot accommodate special food preparation requests. If our food does not meet your specifications, there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Practical Service in God's House All kinds of service matters to God! There are many projects to be done, especially as we settle into the HUB property and ramp up to our full training schedule. Day Visitors and Overnight Guests are encouraged (but not required) to serve with us in practical ways. She has enjoyed ministering, traveling missions, and many years of banking. Julie currently lives and thrives in Lancaster County, PA, with her husband, Joshua, and their two energetic sons. Janice MAe Jackson Janice Mae Jackson (pronounced Jan-eece) lives in the Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia area of the United States. She is a minister of the gospel, and the Pastor and leader of Go Ye Forth Ministry. She pastors and leads people to Christ by preaching the gospel, teaching the Bible, and training disciples to Go Ye Forth in fulfillment of the Great Commission. God has also sent her to minister in the nations, particularly to women and children in need of her loving care and exhortation. Catherine Vitetta For as long as she can remember, Catherine Vitetta always loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus. Catherine and her husband, George, had a home church with multiple small community outreaches until George went to be with the Lord in 2022. Now, she is going even deeper in her relationship with the Lord by serving Him in new and unexpected ways, including writing this book! Murphy is a lay preacher who has a passion to see souls come to Christ and be strengthened in the Word of God. By profession, he has worked in Executive Search and authored a booklet called Dynamic Interviewing. Along with his late wife, Thomas has done missionary work in Russia and two tours of Israel. Statement of Faith I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God for salvation (deliverance, healing, and sustenance) to everyone who believes; first to the Jew, and then to the Gentile. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith: as it is written: The righteous shall live by faith. - Romans 1:16-17 We believe that Jesus paid the price and is sufficient for everything we need, both temporally and eternally. We set our hearts to trust Him, relying on the power of God rather than in the wisdom of man for all that we need. Form of Worship Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God, for this is your true and proper worship. - Romans 12:1 "If you love me, keep my commands." - John 14:15 "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me." - Luke 9:23 We believe that worship is a way of life. We take Jesus at His word and devote ourselves to living out His commands. We are willing to embrace sacrifice when needed as an essential element of following after Him. Financial Strategy Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. - Mathew 6:33 We aim to align ourselves with God’s will in full expectation and trust that He will provide all that is needed for His purposes. We are fully dependent on God moving for our provision, whether in the hearts of His people to contribute to our work or through supernatural means. We do not make solicitations for finances or our needs, we do not charge money for ministry, and refuse to turn God’s house into a marketplace. Financial Strategy Marketing Strategy Those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted. - Matthew 23:12 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you. – 1 Peter 5:6 We trust God to promote and raise us up in His timing. We do not promote ourselves, advertise, or use marketing strategies of this world. Health Plan Jesus said, “I am willing. Political Views Our Kingdom is not of this world. - John 18:36 We are set apart from this world and our focus is on eternity. We do not entangle ourselves in civilian affairs or politics. We submit ourselves to the governing authorities because they are appointed by God. We know that Jesus is King and is coming to judge all nations. Our Work WE RELY ON GOD. WE ARE DEVOTED TO JESUS. WE GO WHEREVER HE TELLS US. WE TAKE THE WORDS OF JESUS SERIOUSLY. WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO DO LIKEWISE. WE DESIRE AND WORK TO SEE THE GLOBAL CHURCH MADE READY AS A SPOTLESS BRIDE FOR HER KING. Believe Jesus This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He has sent. – John 6:29 Our primary work is to personally believe Jesus and trust Him in every aspect of our lives. Equip the Church for Spiritual Maturity And Christ himself gave some to be apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, until we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. – Ephesians 4:11-13 We train believers in their Christ-given callings for the work of ministry so that together we may become the mature and spotless Bride who is ready to receive her King. Called to All Nations Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. – Matthew 28:19-20 We are called to all nations to make disciples by teaching the Word of God and demonstrating a life lived by the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit.
